NON-DELIVERED DELIVERIES

MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED

You may not have received your order owing to two reasons:

1. It may have been lost in the mail

We ask that you contact us via our Contact Us page with your order ID number if you have not received either your order or a notification of your order being seized at customs after 30 days. We will reship your order as soon as we verified that you have not received it.

2. Customs control may have seized the order

Please provide us with a scanned copy of the Customs & Excise seizure letter to our email  in case this happened.

RESHIPPING

WHY IS RESHIPPING TAKING SO LONG?

If we continuously send you parcels containing anabolic steroids, your customs service might get suspicious and begin examining ALL packages delivered to your address from anyone across the world and your deliveries will always be delayed.
